We can link our practicing of knowing what is going on even when we do our physical Practice. There are many Practices that need fast physical movements, at the same time there are some movements that make us stretch our body very much and have to be done very slowly while synchronizing the breath as well.

Include such an Practice regime in your routine in addition to your usual vigorous physical Practices.

Do those slow moving Practices trying to be totally aware of the movements, associated feelings, tensions, and the changes in the breath.
